Starting with March 8 - International Women's Day - make March a month to celebrate the political, economic and social achievements of women, past, present and future while supporting less fortunate women in Hong Kong.

Altaya, Altruistic Boutique Wines and Kedington Wines are pleased to invite you to a wine-tasting charity benefit on Tuesday, March 16 in aid of The Women's Foundation's research and community programs supporting marginalized women living in poverty in Hong Kong. The communities TWF hopes to reach include domestic violence victims, single mothers, new arrival women, ethnic minority women, women with disabilities and women with HIV. In addition to helping the women themselves, TWF will provide knowledge, skills training and funding for the under-resourced grassroots NGOs supporting these marginalized women.

Price:	$200 prior to the event; $250 at the door Tickets can be purchased at Tastings Wine Bar prior to the event or at the door.
All proceeds from the event will go towards supporting marginalized women in poverty in Hong Kong.

Did you know that although Hong Kong's GDP is ranked 6th in the world, its income equality across the population is ranked 109th out of 124th countries, one of the lowest in the world? One in six people in Hong Kong is living in poverty and women are particularly vulnerable.
